The World First Tunable OTN DWDM XFP
Thursday, 10 May 2012

We are proude to propose the newest addition to FO DWDM optics portfolio: OTN XFP 10Gb/s XFP transceiver with integrated G.709 and FEC.

Now you can put the most advanced features of specialised DWDM systems directly into your switch or router. This unique modules integrate inside a small standard XFP package FEC (Forward Error Correction)  and tunable laser technology, previously available only in specialised high-end DWDM systems. This XFPs can be used in any equipment instead of standard XFPs, to add such features  as longer range  -- up to 1000 km and  DWDM channel  tuning capability.

With XENPAK-to-XFP adapter this modules can be successfully used also in legacy XENPAK based systems, providing inventory standartisation and investment protection.

X2 / XENPAK to SFP+ adaper
Sunday, 11 December 2011

If you have in operation equipment with outdated FO module format -  X2 or XENPAK, you know that this modules are quit expensive and difficult to get novadays, choice is limited and investment in such modules isn't future-proof. With X2/XENPAK to SFP+ adapter you save a lot of money, using much cheaper SFP+ modules and have a wide choice  of optical interfaces, because SFP+ are mainstream format now. When outdated equipment will be replaced, SFP+ still can be used in a new equipment, providing investment protection.
